Greg created a very relaxed and safe coaching environment where I felt safe and open to deeply reflect on topics that I chose for our coaching sessions. The methodical approach helped me not only shift my perspective on the issue I was working on, Greg helped me design a whole different way of BEING that took away the anxiety I was feeling about my subject. I went from not even being able to clearly articulate what was truly stressing me out, to breaking down my issue into clearer/smaller pieces, to owning a new way of being that made me focus more on things within my control. I still reflect and use the perspectives he co-designed with me 6mos after he and I first started!
