Inspired by Dewitt Jones' 6-word personal vision statement

"Celebrate What's Right with the World,"

I seek to:

Enhance growth,

embrace compassion

&

expand consciousness.

The quality of your experience depends on the quality of your perception.

Most of us never examine the lens we're looking through — the assumptions, habits, and interpretive frames quietly shaping every decision, relationship, and sense of what's possible. When that lens shifts, everything shifts with it.

That's the work.

Who I Am

I'm a coach who works with people at moments of genuine uncertainty — not the kind that resolves with better information, but the kind that calls for a different way of seeing. As a Co-Active® trained and Certified Integral Associate Coach™, I help individuals navigate transitions, deepen self-awareness, and build lives more aligned with what matters most to them.

Alongside my coaching practice, I teach philosophy and sociology of education at the university level — work that keeps me thinking carefully about how people learn, how institutions shape us, and what it means to grow within the systems we inhabit. That lens quietly informs everything I do with clients.

I bring three things to this work:

Explorer — A genuine commitment to ongoing growth, in my own life and in how I work with others.

Challenger — I'll support you in questioning the assumptions that quietly shape your choices and limit what you think is possible.

Sense-Maker — I help untangle complex ideas and emotions, so that what feels murky can become clear enough to move through.

How I Work

We start by making visible what's currently invisible — the interpretive habits, default responses, and frames of meaning shaping how you see your situation. From there, we open up new ways of understanding, and translate those into deliberate, sustainable practices.

My coaching attends to the whole system: how you think, how you act, and how you make meaning in the contexts you live and work in. That change doesn't stay contained — it ripples outward into your relationships and the communities around you.

I'll bring care and genuine curiosity to our work. I'll also challenge you, when that's what's needed. This isn't about advice or accountability. It's about expanding your capacity to see more clearly, choose more freely, and act with greater coherence.

A Little More About Me

Music runs through everything — discovering new artists, returning to beloved compositions, or finding my way into something on the piano. I'm drawn to ideas in all their forms: roughly 24 books, 29 films, and 8 TV series a year, alongside podcasts like Radiolab, This American Life, Revisionist History, and The Ezra Klein Show.

Flow, for me, looks like playing basketball or soccer, gliding across the ice, or sitting with the meditative stillness of Taizé.

If this resonates, I'd welcome a conversation.

I seek to acknowledge the land on which I am privileged to live, learn, work and play.

I am located on the traditional lands of the Sts’ailes people, near the Qwó:ils, and this place has been known for thousands of years as the place of the healing water, that we settlers call Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia, Canada.
